11/02: I decided to correct a factory "defect": The filler neck on all S1 OTS E-Types are angled to meet the fuel tank. I assume this is because they ordered a cajillion tanks (so they couldn't fix those) and they didn't want to rejig the body. On my car, the neck had obviously been tweaked with a stick, and it was the same on another early car I've seen. Later cars had the neck welded in at an angle (!). I had the inlet relocated on the fuel tank to meet up perfectly with a un-tweaked fuel filler.
