Ebay item 9/5/16
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-/252526174861
Car has a buy it now price of $40,000 for 20 days, seller 65monaco383, 46k miles.
Sellers description:
1969 Jaguar XKE II 4.2. Low mileage 46747, all original with older quality re-paint
Not been run for some time [Owner past away after long sickness] I am listing this for the Widow who has ask for my help in selling the car. I will try to describe the car as I saw it when I went to take these Pictures. The car was covered, it started ok for a car that had be sitting, Sound like it was missing on one cylinder, could be I flooded it when starting. The car looked great when I got it out side, being covered, the outside paint look very nice, all the seam look good, when looking down the side with the Sun shining on it I could see a couple of little rock dings that was missed when re-painted. I checked the floors and they were sound, I didn't see no rust in the car, I did not get under the car but looking under as far as I could see, everything look great, the deceased owner was a doctor and had own the car since 1996, he bought it from a close friend. The interior is very nice, no rips or tears, Two spots I noted are shown in the picture. The car interior needs to be detailed, clean and Armor the seat and this Baby could go to the next car show.
I have restored a number of cars myself and shown them National, I would say this is a very sound XKE [Not perfect ] and unless you are looking for a national show winner, you couldn't do better for the money.

HI There, I just bought this car from the person whm imported it into Australia, I would like to know if you have any other relevant information, documentation in regards to the vehicle, anything you are able to email to me would be great. It is in good hands with a few $$$ about to be spent to make her a little less scruffy driver.
Regards Phil
