* Direct from a local barn my find of the year: a "lost" E type, and what a Jaguar. It is a 1965 ( 1964 model )FHC (Not a 2+2) 3.8 Series 1. It's been kept high and dry and has not seen the light of day for the last 20 plus years. The owner basically re-did the body, stripped it, and forgot about it. So hide the welder you will not need it; its virtually rustfree ( other than very light surface rust). Rare indeed for an E type. And being that this is the last year of the 3.8s, it is the right car in the right color, with the right specifications. Now is your chance to restore and finish this car, and turn it into the $50,000 plus car it surely will be. Here are the highlights:
* Excellent body with no rust (other than very light surface)
* Structually superb with no rust on floors, rails, rockers or trailing arm mounts
* Never any major accident damage
* Never left Florida
* Original undercoat still on 95% of car
* Not started for 20 years but driven into barn before being stripped (however the engine turns over freely and should start with a weekends work)
* New gas tank
* 98% complete,only missing carpet,one side window,cracked front windshield,and half of one rear tail light.

* Bag of new weather stripping

(You're at least ten thousand dollars ahead by the fact that you haven't got to do any or very little welding) This is a case of simple math; you're going to be sick if you miss this car. I have elected to have a no reserve auction.
