I bought the XKE in Canada in 1985 from the original owner, and had it brought to Michigan. I'm the 2nd owner and have had this XKE for 25 years now.

Current bid $50,100 reserve not met 20 bids 6 days left in auction, seller plasticdr, 58k miles, now said to be in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Sellers description;
This example was delivered new to Ontario Canada. Its second owner brought it to the USA and repainted the car in its original color of British Racing Green. The car has had only 3 owners since new and retains its original, numbers matching engine, cylinder head and drive train. The odometer shows 58,331 miles and it is believed to be correct.
The engine runs smooth with plenty of power and a great sound. The transmission shifts smoothly and has recently received a new clutch. The carburetors have been rebuilt and polished and work superbly. The bumpers have been rechromed and look like new. The wire wheels are also fresh along with the steel belted radial tires.
The paint and body present as a very good driver. Age and use over the past 18 years since it was painted, hasn't detracted from its great look but it no longer looks fresh and has various imperfections.
The interior is magnificent. It has been expertly restored and looks showroom new. The steering wheel has also been thoroughly restored and is exceptional. The tool roll, spare tire, books and records are all present.
Enjoy the look, performance and feel of the classic, series 1 XKE coupe with this great example.
