    Ebay item 5/5/15
    www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-XK-Base-/171777861218
Current bid $60,045 reserve not met 34 bids 6 days left in auction. 69k miles.

    Sellers description:
Beautiful 1966 Series One XKE. This car looks amazing. From the beautiful original silver paint to the rich red leather. This Jaguar e-type is a real head turner. The restoration was completed in 2004. The car was completely disassembled and stripped to bare metal. All rust was cut out and new metal welded in. The body was then sanded to be laser straight and repainted in the original opalescent silver gray. All the chrome and bright work was re-plated or polished. The interior is in perfect shape. The electrics all work as they should and the gauges read accurate. During the restoration the numbers matching engine and transmission were totally rebuild. The engine was treated to new pistons, rings, all engine bearing were replaced. The short block was balanced. The carbs were also rebuilt. The bottom of the car is just as nice as the top.
