On Ebay 22/4/2016:

"this car has one heck of a history... sir ken adams the man responsible for all the amazing sets of all the old james bond movies was the first owner of the car. mr adams actually drove Stanley Kubrick to pinewood studios in this very car. this car also had a small feature in the james bond movie thunderball. I have the heritage certificate, I also have a title in my name, I have photo copy of title from when the man I bought it from the man he got it from. I have a copy of the paperwork from micro film when he first registered it in the states.i will give all paper work to new owner if it sells. I have had auction estimates from coys and other auctions houses. this way there is no buyer fees. i figure if it does not sell for something close to what the estimates are i will keep it and restore it and it will stay in the family for ever hopefully. it has an amazing story owned by one amazing man. i read an article about this car where mr adams wanted another 10mph out of it and he had a friend put straight exhaust on it, but his wife complaind that the heat was coming up from the exhaust right under the seat. i have pictures of the car sitting in original spot as we were removing it and loading it. they will all be sent to the new owner. I'm on the fence about selling it, as i will never find another with a history such as this, but i figure i will give someone a chance to own it. thank you for your time.
I will help with shipping the best I can with in consideration, not pay for but help. as far as payment I will entertain other ways to help the buyer. but no matter what the payment must be cleared before the vehicle moves. id also like to add that I do not give anyone permission to download and share the photos I took of the car on any web page or any other form. to many scam artist and fraudulent people. the last two are not mine, but of the car specific..."

This entry has been entered wrong.the body number and the chassis number (vin) have been interchanged and this chassis number is wrong. The above entry should be with the proper chassis number 1E20059
