Actually the last covered headlight car was produced in Jan. '67 at least in North America. This documentation can be found in the factory build records and spares bulletin P198. The change happened on the assembly line at approximately at VIN 1E14532. There were a few exceptions after that, the last documented exception is 1E14656.

It's the exact same photos as above. I contacted the owner thru the paper and he sent me additional photos including one of the ID tag but the VIN number is now 1E16521 and the photo is identical to the one above, engine and body number the same.

This car is owned by my father and is in Mexico City. It was purchased on May 2013 at Sports Car Company in La Joya, California.
The car is not for sale
