A view of the triple SU's and the S1 breather. The vent pipe is actually an S2 pipe shortened and re welded to fit.
Early S2 cars with the plenum used this pipe but because they had 2 Strombergs instead of 3 SU's, the pipe needs to be shortened.
Also note the reuse of the S2 thermostat housing on the S1 manifold.
