This lovely Primrose Yellow example has been extensively serviced by the master mechanics at Black Horse Garage and is ready to be enjoyed to the fullest. The classic 5.3 Liter V12 is backed by Jaguar's 4 speed transmission is a marvel of running, and for anyone familiar with the Jaguar V12, you know how wonderfully silky these engines are when in proper tune as this one is. For those not familiar, you'll just to experience it for yourself!

This example shows in very nice original condition and represents excellent value. The original black leather interior does exhibit some light signs of age, though a thorough treatment by our in-house expert detailer has restored it to a wonderful patina. The canvas convertible top fits well and has no rips or tears. In 2004, the car was subjected to an extensive mechanical restoration by Stew Jones Restorations, one of the foremost experts in Series III E-Types.Under the front-hinged bonnet, the engine bay is extremely clean and well detailed. The chassis is also very clean, as our technicians have recently performed a full service and recommissioning. A large amount of money was spent making this car safe and reliable for its next owner. Parts such as new trailing arm assemblies, a remanufactured steering rack and many other items were fitted during this most recent service. Receipts and details of this work are available upon request. The classic primrose yellow paint is very nice and presentable. This excellent Jaguar is ready to be driven on your favorite roads this summer.

Primrose Yellow with Black leather interior, Black carpets and Black convertible top, 39,000 original miles from new, 4-speed manual transmission, Factory air conditioning and Wire wheels.

This XKE V-12 has 39,000 original miles and received $40,000 plus worth of restoration in 2003-2004. The engine, suspension and braking systems were fully restored by a well-known Connecticut Jaguar restorer. All work has been documented with receipts. It has accumulated only 3,000 miles since. In 2010, when purchased by its most recent and past owner/collector, this E-type was treated to another $14,000 work of service/maintenance as well as a complete new interior and top.

This E-type V12 is excellent in every way other that slight crazing in what is most probably its original paint. Structurally and mechanically excellent in every way, this E-type runs exceptionally, drives tight, strong and with the best of them. Everything is working properly and has been fully maintained regardless of use, including the factory air conditioning.
