Seller's description:
This beautiful 4 speed wire wheel air conditioned V12 XKE 2+2 Coupe is rock solid.This car shows no indication of rust or rust history.All the vulnerable rust prone spots are solid.The floors are original and straight.The fenders, bonnet, lead seams from fenders to rocker panels are straight void of paint cracking and swelling.
The bulk head to bonnet gaps are even and straight.The wheel well openings are clean,not full of filler.Body panels and doors are straight.Paint is lovely. Chrome is crisp, not pitted or scratched and not fading.
The interior appears to be original and is in exceptional condition. Gauges are clean and crisp, not faded, the gauges work as designed. The dash is complete with a clean, straight dash pad. Center console is straight. Headliner has been replaced.. Carpets, door panels as well as luggage compartment floor and side panels are clean and straight. Hatch panel is clean and correct.
Rubber sills are soft and flexible. All glass is in good condition.
The run and drive is just as one would want and expect in a four speed V12 example. Starts easy,runs smooth, sounds tight, not wet on underside. SMOOOOTH DRIVING!!!
