Heritage Notes

Heritage Trust has no first owner recorded. However, that only indicates that the first owner did not register the car with Jaguar for some reason. I am the second owner of this vehicle.

Earily 73 XKE coupe, in excellent condition. I purchased this Jag from the West Coast after it was taken out of storage for 10 years. Orginial owner died and son sold the car to me through a San Diago Import dealer. Car has 42,000 orginial miles. Car is all orginial except for parts that I have replaced with factory parts. Paint is in very good condition and orginial with the exception of a few stone chips. interior is all orginial except front seat covers were replaced by the selling dealer. Car run excellent.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
