Ebay item 9/15/06
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $23,100 reserve not met, 10 bids, 5 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
Offered is a 1973 Jaguar V12 convertible in vibrant red with black leather interior. The car has an original matching number engine and the desirable manual gear box with factory AC. The E just turned a documented 40,000 miles.

Condition:
Originally owned by a Dr. in Connecticut, the car has always been professionally maintained (new clutch less than 10K miles, brakes and carburetors). The paint and interior are in very nice condition (approximately 10 years old). The paint is uniform with a vibrant shine. The leather seats are new, supple and rich. Bright chrome, excellent chrome wire wheels, fresh Perelli 205 70 VIR 15’s.

The car drives beautifully – strong, cool and tight. It is a real head-turner!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
