Interesting car! The '72/'73 model year changeovers are: Vin: 3855 / 3856
    ENG: 8178 / 8179
The engine # indicates early 1972. Also it is listed with the "SB" suffix in which the 'S' incates the higher compression engine which was not installed in the USA/CDA cars for 1973.

The VIN 3843 is before the 72/73 changeover and the BW trans ser # of 10695 is very low for an early 73 or even late 71 car.

Car came out of factory in Oct 1972, was first licensed/registered in Toronto (Ontario, Canada) on April 5th 1973 untill was sold in Feb 1998. One owner for all these years.
Was then for sale, back to Europe in 2000, through classic car dealers and purchased by me early 2002.

The car is now sold and is going to have a new life.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
