Verifying the VIN on another car with claims for the same VIN in Massachusetts, USA:
2021-12-26 07:44:45 | pauls writes:
The car in Massachusetts is confirmed to be UC1S73507BW. The Black car in Australia is not UC1S73507BW even though it might be titled as such. This does not make it an unworthy car, however as a buyer or owner of the car in Australia one might want to do some research on the car starting with the factory chassis stamping above the where the pedal box was originally (LHD) in the area near the heater box. Possibly the Australian car has a replacement data plate however the chassis stamping is its true identity and it might be wise to correct its records. The Australian seller, given the evidence and opportunity but failed to confirm the VIN of their car.

Note the first listing above of the black/red car in Australia using the same VIN, (blue photo above of the non factory Australian VIN plate) and Car Sales document. Probably a transposition error, it happens. The car was proven (2022) to be in the USA by the factory VIN stamping. The seller in Australia was contacted with this information and did not reply.
