1963 Jaguar XK-E

Condition. Solid rust free driver. Solid low miles engine.
Restoration Finished in 1992

There are a couple of big scratches, 1 ding, and a couple of minor chips in the paint. Exhaust downpipe flex section is repaired with a brass sleeve. Chrome resonators are pitted. Original bumpers are not pitted, but rather a light swirly effect..

Rear overriders are new w/o holes for overriders. The overriders are pitted. (New chrome simply is not as good as original).

Fuel Pump is a diaphragm SU pump. Located in an accessible location.
This car has a custom owners manual respecting all unique features.
Ansa Mufflers
Michelin XVS 185 –HR-15 (Original size spec.)
Paint: Dupont Centauri Enamel over Variprime and Two color primer.
The bonnet has been dismantled, and dipped prior to refinishing.
Factory lead was retained where possible on the monocoque.
Metal parts replaced. All floors, inner and outer sills, door skins, and rear tub. Procured from Welsh Jaguar Enterprises
New windshield
Fuel Tank: boiled and coated with aircraft sealer from the Eastwood co..

History: I purchase this Jaguar in 1985. It had possibly 4 owners prior to myself. Originally a California car.
