Ebay item 2/9/16
www.ebay.com/itm/1962-Jaguar-E-Type-/182449240513
Car has a buy it now price of $150,000 for 6 days, seller riverready21, 100k miles.

Sellers description:
I am offering both of these fantastic cars which have been stored since the early 1970s. The E Type is a 1962, the 150 is a 1961. They have both been in good old dry S.California since new so rust is minimal. They both ran and were in excellent condition when put into storage. I am representing the estate of my best friend who recently passed. I am trying to get the most for his family so will be accepting bids for these historic cars. They could be back on the road with minimal work (fuel system, brakes, tires and fluids) if you want or both would be perfect candidates for concours restoration. I would love to see them stay together but will let the best offers dictate that. They were both repainted in the 60s but as far as I know they retain their original drive trains.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
