1962 Jaguar E type flat floor PROJECT CAR. Low number Chassis and Body. 885098 and V1116

We Pulled this out of a barn, with the intentions of restoring it. Had been sitting for somewhere around 35-40 years. The owner had passed away so we know nothing of the history of the car. 

The original engine and transmission were pull out at some time and swapped with a Pontiac OHC Sprint 6 engine and unknown automatic transmission. We do not know who, when or why that was done. The Pontiac does not run. The car is otherwise complete and original. Build plate is missing but we do have a title for the car that has the correct VIN. 

All 3 pedals are present, along with both seats, fuel tank and just about everything else. Suspension is original along with head light lenses undamaged and all trim (that I am aware of) present. As far as I can tell, original exterior color is the white/cream and interior color was maroon.

This is a flat floor, welded louver car so quite rare. Is a project car, so in need of full restoration.
