Dieser Jaguar E-Type Serie 1 3.8 Roadster ist in einem absolut sensationellen Zustand, auch gut 16 Jahre nach seiner kompletten und umfassenden Restaurierung. Ein ehemaliger Mitarbeiter der Emil Frey AG hat dieses Auto im Jahr 1990 erworben und anschliessend während sieben Jahren restauriert. Die Arbeiten erfolgten mit einer Akribie und Gewissenhaftigkeit, welche kaum vorstellbar ist. Dokumentiert sind diese Arbeiten in 6 (!) dicken Ordnern mit unzähligen Detailfotos und allen dazugehörigen Rechnungen. Weiter wurde ein Journal geführt, in welchem jeder Arbeitsschritt minutiös beschrieben wurde.

Seit 2000 war dieses Auto im letzten Besitz und hat absolut pannenfreie knapp 18'000 km zurück gelegt. Alle Unterhaltsrechnungen seit dann zeugen von der perfekten Wartung und Pflege dieses Fahrzeuges. Frisch ab einem Service durch die Emil Frey Classics Werkstatt wird dieses Auto einem neuen Besitzer viel Freude und Fahrspass bereiten.

Das Auto besitzt ebenfalls das originale Hardtop und komplette Werkzeugset.

This Jaguar E-Type Series 1 3.8 Roadster is in absolutely fantastic condition throughout, even 16 years after its complete restoration. A former Emil Frey employee bought this car in 1990 and subsequently fully restored it with a quality level and attention to detail which is hard to believe and rarely seen on a Jaguar E-Type. All the work is documented in 6(!) thick binders with countless photographs and all the corresponding invoices. Furthermore, the owner kept a day-by-day journal of each step of the restoration, from the beginning to the very end.

In 2000, the car was sold to the last owner who used it regularly and drove it for almost 18'000 km. All Invoices since then are available and document the perfect and regular maintenance. Of course this car will be delivered with a fresh service from the Emil Frey Classics Workshop.

This car also has the original Hardtop and Tool Roll.
