Harwood Enterprises is pleased to offer this Jaguar roadster that has undergone an extensive rotisserie restoration. The owner and restorer went to great lengths to use all the original parts from the car, rather than buy replacements. Since it was restored this car has only been driven 18 miles. It received a Junior AACA National first place award in 2006, and a Senior AACA National first in 2007. The paint and bodywork is perfect, and the panel gaps are what you’d expect on a restoration of this level. Every piece of chrome was rechromed, to a show level, not purchased new. The wiring is completely rebuilt, and the correct Lucas headlamps are in place. The headlight covers are even the original glass. All the correct parts are cad plated, not painted. The underbody is just a perfect as the topside, and painted to match. The gauges and steering wheel are original and refurbished. The interior is all new, including the convertible top, which has only been folded down a handful of times since it was installed. Any time it was folded, a towel was put in place on the rear window to avoid any marks or creases. A completely restored hard top comes with the car as well, painted black. The engine, transmission, and rear end are totally rebuilt. Under the bonnet you’ll even find the correct Chaney hose clamps, and the original spark plug caps! The radiator is an original rebuilt core from England. The car comes with lots of documentation and a Heritage Certificate.
