Deleted the engine number listed as it was a duplicate of the one shown for 876052, and the other numbers on that car seem right. Please confirm when you can.

The engine number conflict with 876052 appears to have been corrected by the owner of that car, who now shows it as R2447-9. After a considerable delay, I am once again working on the car and hope to add pictures as work progresses.

Car still in pieces. Gradually accumulating parts and will be back at it when the bonnet comes back from Chuck Hadley. Car will be returned to original black.

Car sold to Jaguar Classic Works, Coventry, on November 21, 2017. Body was reassembled and came back from the paint shop November 20, 2018. Returned to original black color. Restoration completed by Jaguar Classic some time in 2020 and delivered to its new owner, who I am told is a German collector. If you are, or know, the current owner I would love to hear from you.
