1962 Jaguar E Type dated 14th November 1962 and originally sold by the Ringway Motor Company in Cheshire; the has just 3 previous owners. It's beautifully presented in its original combination of Opalescent Silver Blue over White Pebble Grain. Displays 75.900 miles. This highly sought after E Type is a matching numbers car with a 5 speed Getrag upgraded gearbox. The original 4 speed gearbox and prop shaft is supplied in the sale if required. Additionally the car features a variety of tasteful and appropriate upgrades including modern brakes, electronic ignition, classic car stereo system, 15 ins wheels, full stainless steel exhaust system.
Coming from long term ownership, the car was restored regardless of cost over 4 years and is in superb condition inside and out. Mechanically and cosmetically it is beautiful and needs for nothing. Drives wonderfully and is ready to be enjoyed as Jaguar intended. Jaguar Heritage certificate is present with the car. Remarks on the certificate state 'This car appears to be the only E Type with this type of trim, although 6 other E Types had white trim', making it a rare specification indeed.
