This type of Salvage title is registerable in all States as long as you follow your states proceedures and guidlines for repairing and inspecting process. The car needs a rt front 3/4 with cooling. I relaced the rt wheel with the spare and put a bolt in place for the upper ball joint so it could be driven around the yard. It will start right up and sounds great, does not smoke. The car is how you see it. I am not perfect, I have tried to be as descriptive as possible.
