This is a RHD car... AS far as I am aware it has never been sold as a LHD car and I believe that th FVC numberplate would indicate that the car was sold in Coventry.
LHD pre production? Then a Factory test car maybe?

JDHT have confirmed that all the numbers are correct and that the car was manufactured in December 1970... Yes it was made as a LHD car.
Anyone have any ideas as to why it was a) so early and b) converted to RHD just 2 years later?
