Purchased vehicle in 2008 it had been restored to a good standard in 1998 by previous owner, had new factory engine fitted some 15,000 previously, now painted Porsche Guards Red & fitted with period Minnilite wheels still in overall exellent condition.

Originally finished in Old English White it was delivered on 4 June 1971 and registered with the personal number 835JH on 22 June 1971. The number was transferred on a change of ownership in March 2014 when it was registered FVG710J. The 200th car of its type, it is equipped with a mohair Webasto sunroof, chrome wire wheels, stainless steel exhaust and alarm system. Currently for sale at Cheshire Classic Cars of Chester it is described as a cherished car in excellent condition throughout.

The detailed history contains full ownership details and extensive service information from 1984. The car was fitted with a replacement rebuilt engine at 33,000 miles in 1997 when the gearbox was rebuilt. Restoration work carried out in 1997 included a full bare metal re-spray in Porsche Guards Red and there is a full photographic record of the restoration on file. This S3 drives as it should and looks stunning. It has five recorded previous owners and has covered 49,000 miles. £49,995.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
