This right-hand drive, automatic-transmission, Series III roadster was previously owner by Tom Walkinshaw Racing (Jaguar Sport) from 1987 and before that by historic racer and collector, Jeremy Agace (1984). Previously registered ''1 RW'. The car was acquired by the current vendor in 2001 and currently displays a believed-genuine total of only 29,815 miles on the odometer. Expired MoTs on file show that it has covered only 5,000 miles in the past ten years. Also on file is a letter recounting a trip across the Alps during which the car behaved 'impeccably'.
In 2001 the E-Type was fitted with a vehicle tracker, and the bonnet, front grille, headlamps, bezels, and side mountings removed, after which the bonnet was reshaped, repainted and everything reassembled. Finished in Azure Blue with matching interior, '202 BY' is presented in excellent order and offered with a quantity of expired tax discs, MoT to March 2011 and Swansea V5.
