    Sellers comment:
1972 Jaguar XKE V-12 convertible. I bought this car from a collector in Ohio who in turn had bought it from another collector in the same area. I was told the car was Millard Newman's own or in his collection.( famous collector of Rolls Royce-Silver Ghost autos) before making its way to Ohio. I bought the car several years ago to drive and enjoy which I have, but do to lack of storage here she is. This car is in a high #2 condition having had an older frame on restoration. The old english white paint shows beautifully and is deep and rich. The original chrome shows little to no wear. The interior is clean & complete and in good shape, including the hides that show little to no wear. This is a great driving roadster or take it to the next level of restoration.

    Vehicle Condition
Overall condition High #2- This is an older restored car with all major components in good working order. I drove this car less than 1k/yr and have put $2k into the engine since I have owned it. MOSTLY because it sat in a collection. (Cap, rotor, wires, exhaust manifold, 4-carb tune-up kit, fuel pump, etc...). This is a fun car to drive and a classic in everyway.

    Sellers description:
Offered for auction is this 1972 Jaguar xke series III V-12 roadster. This is an original car with an older restoration that had been performed prior to my owning it. I bought it out of a modest collection from a gentleman in Ohio who drove it less than a 1000 miles a year. I bought the car to drive and work on as I enjoyed it ( which I have wholeheartedly). The car runs beautifully, idles at 750-1000 rpm comfortably with out hesitation( sounds even better with the ansa exhaust), smooth automatic transmission, all guages work, stays at normal temperature( fans kick on as they should)and the State inspection is current. It shows very little wear for a vehicle of this age. The old english white finish looks and polishes great, the chrome shines ( again, shows some wear but extrememly respectible for the age of the car.) The black leather seats and interior show little if any wear( again for its age). Basically, this car is an 8+ out of 10. It is not concours but not priced as one either. You can drive it to the car shows or the club and still turn heads. This car has the A/C option as well. These cars are rare to see on the road. Many new, custom or replaced parts (NOS).
