Advertised for sale on carsales.com.au, October 2013. Owner's description follows:
"Finished in Jaguar primrose with a black interior and knock on Superlight wheels with near new tyres. The car comes with an extensive service history dating back to 2000. Current owner since 2006. Later work includes reconditioned heads, a full set of new cooling hoses, a high torque starter motor, Gaz shocks all around, and the wheels and tyres.
The previous owner fitted a Jaguar 4 speed with overdrive gearbox which greatly improves the fuel economy, and the original manual box comes with the car for those interested in preserving the originality. The car drives well, is reliable and everything works. The speedo reading is 99249 Miles.
The personalised plates ETV12 would be difficult to obtain these days and will be sold with the car.
To complete the package, the original wire wheels will be included along with some E Type literature.
