We restored this car to 100% original, finished 2005 for owner John Lowther. He had known the previous owner for the whole time he owned the car and bougt it when he died. Delivered to his holiday housebat Noosa and used sparingly since. Gavin King - Concours Sportscar Restoration www.concours.com.au

Advertised for sale on Carsales.com.au on 22 January 2016 asking AUS$120,000. Advertiser's description: "Words cannot describe the condition of this full nut and bolt body off restoration carried out by one of Australia's leading coachbuilders taking 22 months to produce a Jaguar that would be better than the factory produced. No expense has been spared to make this possibly the best example in Australia. Sold new by Brysons in 1971 and sold to its second owner by Rowley motors in 1974. The third owner purchased it in 2005 (off the deceased estate ) and commissioned the restoration with an open cheque book to make this the best Jaguar possible, this has been achieved. (Number plates by negotiation.)"
