Sellers description:
I bought this from the man that owned it for the last 30+ years. It has sat for many years in his garage. He did drain gas tank and carbs when it was put away. I had a mechanic get it running for me. Gas, new battery, new brake master cylinder and new clutch master cylinder, all fluids checked, topped off or changed. It runs, it moves and shifts, it steers and stops. I just put a couple miles on it, no tags or insurance and did not want to push my luck. Radiator does leak (drip) a little. Rear transmission mount looks bad and is oily. The car has had body work done to it and has been repainted a long time ago. It is an older restoration. Paint has some flaws. Interior looks nice. Has spare wheel, jack, hammer and some manuals. This is a very sharp looking car. I want to keep it but just don't need it or do I have the room to store it, to much "other stuff". Again, I am not a Jag man, I do not know anything about them. Car has sat for years, I do not know if it is roadworthy, tires are old. Car has good clean Ohio title in my name. Jaguar is located in Bucyrus, Ohio. It is a 1970 car, your buying it as is where is, no warranty.
