An aluminum dealer's plate appears on the rear of the car, in the area to the left of the state license plate. The plate says "Weaver-Beatty Imports, Denver." This delaer still exists, and was a Jaguar / Rolls-Royce dealer in the early 1970's. This could be the dealer that first sold the car, but I cannot confirm, nor did the Jaguar Certificate, and Weaver-Beatty does not keep records that far back, unfortunately.
