Hallo E Type enthusiasts!
I have bought this E-Type in 9/2000 from a man in Germany. This man has bought the car from a man of the Netherlands (Paul Banser his name). This man restored the car 9 or ten years long. But I have no fotos from the restoration (he will not send them!) and I do not know the owner before. Who knows anything of the history of my car?? Who was the first owner, the next, .... Who can help me??
Many thanks from Germany!!

Note: This car is also listed here as 2R26659

This car has its location as Young Harris, Virginia in 2008. Probably an error.

Hallo,
kann jemand zu der Historie Auskunft geben?
Das Auto wurde in den Niederlanden restauriert. Von Paul Banser.
Leider gibt es sonst keine Fotos oder Eigentümer.
Vielen Dank von Uwe Süling

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
