Abandoned on the street in SanDiego in 1989. Purchased from city police car pound as a wreck. Returned to UK May 1990.Full restoration 1990 to 1994 and now a concours winner. Kept as original as possible, retaining Federal specification, including LHD, Strombergs, 3.54 back axle etc. However, body colour and trim colour changed as above. It appeared during the restoration process that the car had been Silver(original), metalic blue and red during its life in the USA!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
