The E-type Jaguar to be offered here is thought to be the last Series 2 Roadster to leave Browns Lane in 1971. Originally supplied, to its only registered keeper, direct from Jaguar Cars, the car has been "Barn Stored" since 1976 and will be offered complete and ripe for restoration.

During the its active life, the car was always serviced at Jaguar Cars, Browns Lane and overseen by the service manager, a Mr. Norbury.

The car is said to be complete, even down to the original tool kit and is ripe for restoration. It is said to have covered a warranted, 55,000 miles from new.
