This is a beautiful running driving example of England's finest! The history of this car is incredible. It was kept by a old man in his collection from 1980 until his recent passing at the age of 87. He registered the car every year since 1980. I have all of his registration paperwork from over the years up until his recent passing. He took incredible care of this car and drove it periodically over the years. The title is branded 57,000 (A) meaning actual miles and the car presents itself well. The paint is beautiful but being a older paint job I would still call it driver quality but I wouldn't be embarrassed to show it off at any show, cruise in or cars and coffee! This car is truly gorgeous!

This 1968 Jaguar XKE 2+2 coupe is finished in green over tan leather upholstery and powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes chrome 15” knock-off wire wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, chrome bumpers with overriders, dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, air conditioning, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a Kenwood CD stereo, and a PerTronix Flame-Thrower ignition coil. This Series 1.5 2+2 was acquired by the selling dealer in 2020 and is now offered with a clean Pennsylvania title.
The body is finished in green and features a louvered hood, uncovered headlamps, a left mirror, pop-out rear quarter windows, chrome-finished bumpers with overriders, and center-mounted dual exhaust outlets. The left mirror glass is delaminating, the taillamp weatherstripping is cracked, and there are cracks and chips in the paint as well as areas of corrosion along the rear edge of the hood.
Chrome-finished 15” knock-off wire wheels are mounted with 205/70 Michelin Defender tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs with inboard-mounted rear units.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in tan leather joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes air conditioning, a padded center armrest, safety belts, hand crank side windows, an array of toggle switches for vehicle functions, and a Kenwood CD stereo. The insulation below the dash is partially detached.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a Smiths 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline. A clock and auxiliary gauges are mounted in the center of the dash. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 58k miles, approximately 300 of which have been added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.
The 4.2-liter inline-six features a PerTronix Flame-Thrower ignition coil, twin Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The exhaust manifold finish is peeling.
Cylinder-head stamping 7E55184-9 matches the engine block stamp as well as the engine number noted on the chassis identification plate
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
