This stunning E Type comes to us in excellent condition with a well documented history file showing annual services and an eye watering amount spent on restoration and maintenance. Imported from California in 1992, a full ground up restoration was undertaken. The history file is full of invoices and pictures showing the attention to detail taken to restore this E Type. The end result is remarkable, the bodywork and chassis finished in light blue which still holds a beautiful sheen complimented by stunning chrome work.
The engine was also stripped and rebuilt, and has covered a mere 35,000 miles since the restoration was completed in 1998. The first owner sold it in 2000 with only 387 miles on the clock. The current owner purchased the 2+2 five months later. He states that he has been the only driver since this point and has serviced the car annually. Storing it in the winter months and never driving on salty roads. The restoration is impressive and has resulted in a beautiful driving E Type. Mileage since restoration is 35,000 miles.
