Car offered at:
www.lesanciennes.com/annonce/jaguar-type-e-2-2-1-5-1967-a605174

Seller's description:
Mileage: 73,800 km
Very nice type E 2+2 from 1967 version 1.5. Gray color "gun metal", black interior. 4.2 engine completely redone (liners, pistons, cylinder heads). Revised triple carburettor. Painting and upholstery redone. Full matching numbers with heritage certificate.
Without being in concours condition, it is a very fine example, recently restored. The engine runs like clockwork and it drives very well.
Appraised at 85000eur (price 70000 to be discussed)

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
