Ebay item 1/4/07
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $6,666, no reserve, 8 bids, 8 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
1966 Jaguar XKE 2+2 coupe. This is a good project vehicle that is very solid and 100 percent complete. There is only minimal surface rust on the body and the floor pans are very solid as shown in the pictures. The car has been in indoor storage for the past six years. All the chrome parts and glass are in very good condition and the blue leather seats show some wear, but have no rips or tears. Car is 100 percent complete and even has the original Blaupunkt radio. The paint work is by no means show quality, but is still very presentable. The oil pressure is good and the original wire wheels are true and straight and have no curb damage. The bonnet needs to be adjusted and the tires will need to be replaced due to age. As stated, this is a project vehicle and will need some work to be road worthy, but it will make an excellent winter project. The car cannot be driven. The engine has not been started in two years, but it does turn over so the engine is not frozen. In addition, the tires are in very poor condition. The transmission shifted very smoothly the last time it was driven.

cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1966-Jaguar-XKE-2-2-Coupe-NO-RESERVE-AUCTION-/2207891021 ...
Current bid $5,900, no reserve, 2 bids 6 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

The diamond in the rough you've been waiting for. A rare car and an excellent candidate for restoration. The body is mostly solid except for some rot on the underbody which is shown in the photographs. The gas tank has rotted. The pins that hold the bonnet in place are broken. The engine starts, but requires gas in the carbeurators. The transmission works, but the cable is frozen. The car does not have a title and is being sold bill of sale only. The true milage is unknown, though the odometer reads 67,000.

Interesting. I owned 1E75025 BW in 1973 & 1974 in the Cincinnati area. At that time, the original paint color was Carmen Red and the interior was Black. The car was a great looker/driver in very good original condition.
The E Type shown here doesn't appear to be same car.
