 | My father had this maroon S1.5 FHC imported from Arizona in 1989. He subsequently had it converted to RHD and triple SU carbs. I have recently taken responsibilityfor the car after a period of neglect. I am doing a rolling restoration program tackling jobs as they arise. My father had this car imported from the USA in 1989. He subsequently had it converted to RHD and triple SU carbs from the twin Strombergs. It currently needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to scratch. The aim is to make it a nice, reliable, usable car.

Ross - I have your original engine block in my 1968 2+2, 1E77808. I have no idea how it ended up in there - I purchased the car in 1994 and that's what it had in it. Wonder what engine # is in your car and I wonder what became of my engine.
