Personal export delivery to a gentleman from Suffern NY, USA, presumably an Air Force pilot stationed in the Netherlands (Soesterberg AFB) at the time. Original registration issued in Coventry: HVC 906 E, on Dutch registration as of Febr. 9th 1968.
