This 1966 E-Type Fixed Head Coupe is a Series 1 4.2 Liter car in remarkably complete and unmolested condition. It has remained in the care of the same California family since December 1966 and it has never been wrecked or disassembled. It is structurally sound and is very straight. Some corrosion is evident mostly in the rockers left door and a spot on the underside of the bonnet though the majority of the original panels are solid and can easily be restored. The body is exceptionally straight with excellent factory-correct panel alignment. Exterior trim is completely intact and original. Likewise, the interior is complete with all original trim and fittings in place and the original matching numbers engine and gearbox are complete and intact as are the original suspension components and brakes. The car has been driven fom 1966 till 1982 and then has been stored by the owner.

This is a very rare opportunity to acquire a completely untouched and original E-Type.

Just to be clear the car doesn't run and drive and needs total restauration.

Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate is available. 100% Matching numbers (Body, chassis, engine (block & head), gearbox).

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
