1992 professional restoration mechanically and cosmetically. Has scored 99.92 points in national Jaguar club competition. Still shows very well in all areas.

Perfectly restored 1965 Jaguar XKE series I roadster. If you are looking at this car you undoubtedly already know more about this great classic than I could tell you. You've seen the values continue to climb as restored cars get harder to find and the cost to restore one climbs beyond what is practical. Perhaps one of the most beautiful designs ever built.
This car is especially desirable for many reasons. It is in a very rare, desirable and original color combination of jet black over dark red leather. Everything on this car is original to the car. Numbers match and the colors are correct. It went through a complete rotisserie restoration a few years ago in an effort to be a national champion jag. The owner at that time was a well renowned collector, and restorer of Jaguar, Ferrari, & Alfa as well as many other great sports cars. He loved these cars and spared no expense in their care and restoration. His name is Jack Ruscilli and at one time had one of the largest Jaguar and Ferrari collections in the world. He used the well know skills and knowledge of Kyle Grimm for this restoration.
This car is one of the last Series I cars and come with the factory 4.2 Liter engine giving it greater horse power than the earlier series I cars.
The car's current owner is a good friend of mine and an avid collector of great cars and bikes. Since he purchased the car a few years ago he has kept it he personal climate controlled "Museum Like" facility where it has been meticulously maintained by the same person who restored it, Kyle Grimm, and rarely driven. The miles of 2,700 are of course since it's restoration. Everything on the car works as new.
